HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
My fee per room is requested upon completion of the project via an invoice, payable within 7 days.
I accept payment via bank transfer.
HOW ARE THE ITEMS YOU SOURCE PAID FOR?
Client's tend to work in one of two ways.
After discussing a budget per room, you can either transfer that sum to me which I will then use to purchase items, or you can provide me with a debit/credit card.
In both instances I will keep a detailed spreadsheet of purchases and expenses, along with a copy of all receipts.
In some cases it may be necessary for me to fund purchases myself, in which case I will keep a complete record and add the sum to the final invoice.
CAN LITTLE BLACK CABIN INTERIOR DESIGN HELP US WITH PAINTING AND DECORATING AS WELL?
I am not a professional painter and decorator, although I am able to paint and wallpaper if you wish. These services will be charged in addition to the 'per room' fee.
I am also able to offer services such as wall panelling and furniture painting/up-cycling.
I am happy to provide a quotation for any of these services, please just ask!
DO YOU OFFER A PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE FOR LARGER SCALE RENOVATIONS?
With a back ground in project management there is nothing more I love than to manage and see a project through to completion.
If you have a larger interior design project, such as an extension, new kitchen or bathroom, then I am happy to manage the project from start to finish. Liaising with trades people on your behalf, dealing with quotations, snags and any issues which may pop up along the way.
I am happy to provide a quotation for these services on a case by case basis.
CAN I USE YOUR SERVICES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?
The simple answer is yes! I am happy to carry out initial consultations over the phone or by zoom. For home visits, I shall follow all necessary steps, such as a face mask and hand sanitiser as well as maintaining social distancing.
